Practical Example
For named users, there can be three people called A,B and C who can use the system, even when there are only two named users available as more than one person can use the same named user. E.g. two people might share the same user account to be able to both read the payment history. In this case, A and B might both use the same named user account, with user C using his own, separate account.
If concurrent users is set to two however, only two of them can use AvantGard Trax at the same time. If it is set to three or more, all three of them can use AvantGard Trax at the same time. Suppose that the number of concurrent users is set to two; if the system user is active, only one other user can then log in. If however, two users are already active, the system user can still log in to AvantGard Trax.
