Contract Linking with Bulk Files - Speed

The debulking configuration contains an entry to lookup the logical channel called com.trax.payment.rules.contract.ContractHelper.getLogicalChannel(). When this logical channel lookup is not required, it should be removed from the debulking configuration in order to speed up the debulking.
